Job Description

nsight Global is seeking three Customer Audit / Sales Support Coordinators to support AT&T’s FirstNet eligibility audit program. These resources will own the customer-facing coordination portion of the audit process, working closely with FirstNet customers, Sales, and the Compliance team to keep assigned accounts progressing through eligibility audits.\nResponsibilities\nManage an assigned portfolio of FirstNet customer accounts undergoing eligibility audits\nContact customers and explain the eligibility audit process and why their account is being reviewed\nClearly communicate what information or documentation is required\nAnswer customer questions and help guide them through the process\nEstablish clear deadlines for customer responses\nProactively follow up and hold customers accountable to agreed-upon timelines\nGather required information and documentation from customers\nPartner closely with the Compliance team throughout each audit\nCoordinate with AT&T Sales when additional customer support or clarification is needed\nMaintain accurate notes, status updates, and follow-up activity in ServiceNow\nManage multiple customer accounts and deadlines simultaneously\nEscalate eligibility-related questions or concerns to Compliance\nDrive customer responsiveness and help prevent audits from stalling
