Accounting Clerk

Nielsen Fleet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our busy automotive dealership. This position provides administrative and accounting support to the accounting department and assists with a variety of office functions essential to daily dealership operations. Responsibilities File and maintain accounting and dealership records. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes. Prepare and process daily deposits. Stock new vehicle inventory into the dealership management system. Assist with data entry and document management. Support the accounting team with month-end and other administrative tasks. Perform general clerical and office duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous clerical, administrative, or accounting experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional communication and customer service skills. Automotive dealership experience (Reynolds & Reynolds) is preferred but not required. Benefits
