Accounting Clerk
A client of ours in the Pharma industry is looking for an Accounting clerk to join their team! This role is located near Morristown, NJ and fully on site. If interested, please send resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
Job Highlights

Responsibilities
- Performing all book close functions and account reconciliations associated with Accounts Receivable
- Performing accounts receivable with customer accounts cash application as well as collection
- Reviewing claims for chargebacks, rebates, discounts, and shelf stock adjustments and issuing credit memos
- Monitoring cash flow and forecast.
- Performing special analytical projects as assigned
- Month end closing GL responsibilities including accrual, prepaid expense, and fixed assets amortization.
- Properly record customer AR-related transactions that impact on the general ledger (i.e., Sales Claims, deduction, and credit memo related adjustments, etc.)
- General Ledger account reconciliation
- Satisfying internal and external audit requests
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate.
Qualifications
- BS Accounting Degree is a must.
- Positive personality and great communication.
