Commercial Flooring Project ManagerAn established commercial flooring contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead projects from award through closeout, coordinate with general contractors, and manage schedules, budgets, and installation quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project budgets, purchasing, job costs, change orders, and billing coordination.Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and installation crews to align material deliveries and project schedules.Review plans and project scope, confirm site readiness, and resolve field issues.Oversee installation quality, punch lists, and project closeout.Required QualificationsCommercial flooring project management experience working directly with general contractors.Experience managing commercial projects, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, government buildings, and other commercial environments.Proficiency with JobRunner, RFMS, QFloors, FloorManager, or comparable flooring-specific software.Experience managing projects involving luxury vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, vinyl composition tile, rubber flooring, static dissipative tile, porcelain tile, and resilient wall base.Strong knowledge of installation processes, substrate preparation, moisture testing, and jobsite coordination.Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication, organization, and financial oversight.Compensation: $90K–$120K (base + commission).
