Location: Moline, IL 61265
Assignment Length: 16 Months + (Possible Extension)
Position: Onsite
Will consider recent graduate

• Provide core legal support on a temporary basis
• Execute assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
• Adapt to diverse assignments and changing priorities
• Support reporting and process documentation
• Support supplier chan ges

• Quick learner with strong adaptability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• General Microsoft Office Sk ills
Core
Tasks Supplier changes (set-up, address, etc.)/POTM projects Products support AD/PDL groups? Assignment mailbox handling
Patent Prosecution Meetings/LunchesAttorney memberships/Dues Facilities Assist with AP as needed
Data entry and reporting
Correct Onit missing fields and records
