Senior Human Resources Manager

Our client, a globally recognized luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their NY office to support approximately 80 corporate employees and over 300 retail employees across the region. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the President of the Americas, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the HR strategy and people agenda across the Americas region, currently encompassing the United States and Mexico. Leading a growing HR team based in New York, you will partner with senior business leaders to build a high-performing, engaged workforce while ensuring scalable HR practices support continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Americas HR function, providing coaching, mentorship and leadership to a growing HR team. Partner closely with the President of the Americas and senior leadership team to align people strategy with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across Retail, Corporate and Executive Leadership. Support organizational growth and expansion across North America through effective workforce planning and scalable HR practices. Drive employee engagement, culture and leadership capability across both corporate and retail populations. Lead employee relations matters, partnering with legal counsel where appropriate to ensure compliant and commercially sound outcomes. Review, refine and improve HR processes, policies and systems to support an evolving business. Oversee performance management, succession planning and talent development initiatives. Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain exceptional talent across the region. Ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions within the Americas. Champion change management initiatives and support leaders through periods of business transformation. Experience & Qualifications 10+ years' progressive HR experience, ideally across the Americas region. Previous experience within luxury retail. Experience supporting both corporate and retail populations. Proven experience leading and developing HR teams. Strong knowledge of US employment law, with exposure to broader Americas markets advantageous. Experience partnering with executive leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives. Comfortable operating within a growing, entrepreneurial business where agility is key. Experience working within organizations of a similar scale.
