Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics, emotional challenges, and therapeutic needs, designing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals. Implement family systems theory and systemic approaches to address complex relationship issues, enhancing communication and resolving conflicts among family members. Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques to ensure the safety and emotional security of clients and their families. Maintain detailed and confidential electronic client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines while documenting treatment progress and adjustments. Patient Population / Client Focus In your role at Mind Sight Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various relational and emotional struggles. This may encompass issues such as anxiety, depression, communication breakdowns, and more. Qualifications Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois. A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. Experience with telehealth technology and comfort with utilizing virtual therapy platforms. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for conducting therapy remotely. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical therapeutic practices. A self-starter attitude, capable of working independently in a remote environment. A flexible schedule to accommodate a range of clients from different backgrounds and time zones. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a community health setting would be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
