Business Development Manager

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Greenwood Village team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a defined multi-state territory in the Western region, expanding existing client partnerships while developing new business opportunities with hospitals and health systems. You’ll represent one of the nation’s most respected physician recruitment firms, serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders and helping organizations identify the right recruitment solutions for their workforce needs. What You’ll Do: Expand existing partnerships while identifying and developing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach Own and grow a defined territory by building lasting relationships with hospital and healthcare executives Conduct in-person and virtual presentations that demonstrate the value of partnering with JPS Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing new business Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure an exceptional client experience Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and provide consultative workforce solutions Consistently achieve monthly and annual performance goals Represent JPS at industry conferences and trade shows Approximately 30-50% travel annually throughout assigned territory What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5+ years of outside B2B solution sales experience, or 3+ years of healthcare staffing sales experience Demonstrated success prospecting, generating new business, and closing complex sales Confidence presenting to and building relationships with C-suite executives Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred Stable employment history with verifiable professional references Why You’ll Love It Here: Named a Top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare annually since 2016, Jackson Physician Search offers a collaborative, high-performing culture that rewards initiative, growth, and success.
