Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive clinical support and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer emergency medical treatments and interventions according to protocols.
  
  
• 
  Assess patient conditions promptly and prioritize care based on acuity.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information and clinical findings accurately in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  
  
• 
  Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient status.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and licensing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current state RN license with pending licenses accepted (must be in hand before start date).
  
  
• 
  At least 2 years of experience in emergency or critical care nursing, including some pediatric exposure.
  
  
• 
  ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required; TNCC can be pending but must be obtained prior to starting.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Must have a minimum of 1 year of Level 1 trauma or 2 years of Level 2 trauma experience.
