Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) at our outpatient treatment facility, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients share experiences and support one another in a safe environment.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling sessions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized and actionable treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.

• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback to track client development, ensuring that their needs are being met accurately.

• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, discussing complex cases and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who engage in our evidence-based Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique mental health challenges related to transitions into adulthood, academic pressures, and social dynamics. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Previous experience in mental health settings focused on young adults or adolescents is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
