Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate a client’s mental health concerns, enabling you to determine their unique treatment requirements.

• Design personalized treatment plans that target specific client goals and challenges, ensuring every patient receives tailored support.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic strategies to foster clients' growth and recovery.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Provide educational resources and continuous support to clients' families, guiding them to enhance their understanding and involvement in the clients' recovery processes.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, fully complying with all regulatory and ethical guidelines required in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
