Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are integral to the functioning of our practice. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy for clients spanning all age ranges.
\n
• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Documenting client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner using our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards.

• Coordinating and scheduling ongoing appointments while managing an organized calendar to facilitate continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborating with fellow therapists to enhance therapeutic techniques and share insights on effective treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele with a vast range of clinical presentations, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, providing tailored support that respects each client’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• An active and independent license to practice as an LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, therapists will receive:
