About the Role We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to support the founding team on various product and growth initiatives. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build product-led growth loops, optimize acquisition funnels, and drive engagement through data, experimentation, and storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing – ideal for someone who loves both the art and science of growth. In This Role, You Will Build and optimize onboarding, activation, and retention flows that drive sustained engagement. Lead data-driven growth experiments across product and marketing – from in-app feature tests to channel optimization. Partner with design, engineering, and content to craft user journeys that convert and delight. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, influencer, paid, and lifecycle) to acquire and re-engage users. Own growth analytics and funnel dashboards – track CAC, LTV, activation, and retention, and translate insights into roadmap priorities. Collaborate with creators and performance marketers to test messaging, visuals, and CTAs for higher conversion. Bridge product and brand storytelling, ensuring every experiment strengthens both performance and trust. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have 2+ years experience in consulting, investing, or marketing at D2C companies. Understand how to combine product mechanics and marketing psychology to drive compounding growth. Are fluent in data – funnel analysis, cohort tracking, CAC payback, and A/B testing frameworks. Can move seamlessly between creative ideation and technical execution. Have a bias toward speed and experimentation – testing, learning, and iterating fast.
