Job Description

ER Admitting Representative - 8564
Interview patients, collect and input demographics and insurance information into the computer. Establish patient record with demographic, financial, and insurance allocation information; identifies insurance codes; obtain consents; obtain authorizations. Answer phones, Customer Service. Collaborates with schedule in the department to meet scheduling needs. May perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent
Business Casual
Registration experience, clerical work experience, effective oral and interpersonal communication skills, computer skills, 1-2+ years
