Our small team is comprised of two skilled physical therapists and a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who collaborate to foster a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.

Work Environment

Our outpatient office is designed to create a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere conducive to recovery. Working onsite, you will engage with patients one-on-one and in small group settings throughout our spacious clinic. We maintain a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance while meeting the demands of our patients. As we adhere to best practices in rehabilitation, our team emphasizes evidence-based methodologies and a patient-centered approach to treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' goals and treatment needs upon their initial evaluation.
• Develop individualized care plans that integrate diverse treatment modalities to improve patients' mobility and overall function.
• Facilitate 2-3 patient appointments every hour, balancing efficiency with relationship-building to enhance patients' recovery experience.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques effectively to alleviate pain, improve range of motion, and support the healing process.
• Implement rehabilitative exercises tailored to each patient's condition, focusing on maximizing their physical potential.
• Provide education on lifestyle choices and ergonomic practices that promote long-term wellness and prevent further injury.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations.
• Document patient care activities meticulously in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, utilizing software such as WebPT for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that aligns with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily serve patients who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Our focus is on restoring mobility and functional independence. You will work closely with diverse patient demographics, from athletes returning to competitive performance to seniors looking to maintain their independence. Qualifications

• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist License in California with no disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to effectively manage patient records.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches and outcome measurement.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
