Join My Kitchen and Bath as a Front Desk Receptionist My Kitchen and Bath is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients - by phone, email, and in person - while supporting our designers, project managers, and sales team behind the scenes. Full Time $40,000 - $45,000 On-site Job Description What You’ll Be Doing Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner Track and follow up on leads to ensure excellent client communication Process and manage purchase orders for materials and supplies Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating project timelines Work closely with designers, project managers, and vendors to support daily operations Provide administrative support to sales and remodeling teams Keep the office organized, efficient, and welcoming Qualifications What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and English proficiency Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset Professional and confident handling customer inquiries Experience in lead management, administrative support, or purchasing is a plus What We Offer $20-25/hour , based on experience Friendly and supportive work environment 1 week paid holiday in the first year Employee discounts on home improvement services Career growth and technical training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr My Kitchen and Bath
