In this full-time role, you will focus on providing high-quality, personalized outpatient care primarily through home visits. Work Environment

At Move Strong Physical Therapy, you will work in a dynamic home care setting, allowing you to engage closely with patients in their own environments. This position offers a flexible schedule, which may include hours from either 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, or in four 10-hour shifts, depending on what best suits your lifestyle. You'll interact collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, documenting progress and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, including manual therapies, exercise prescriptions, and functional training.
• Maintain close communication with multidisciplinary care teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to each patient's rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to enhance recovery and promote long-term health.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessment outcomes and patient feedback.
• Engage in regular professional development activities and contribute to team meetings or case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range in age and physical ability, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, allowing you to enhance your clinical skills in various therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies tailored to individual patient goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Exceptional clinical judgment with strong attention to detail and ability to conduct evaluations accurately.
• Effective communication skills, capable of providing clarity to patients on their treatment plans and encouraging active participation in their recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Experience in a home care or community-based therapy setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation tools.
• Advanced knowledge of therapy modalities and techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and skill set. In addition to competitive compensation, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
