This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and proactive, with strong attention to detail. The Office Coordinator helps ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, maintaining organized spaces, welcoming visitors, and supporting general office and administrative needs./ppThis role also provides administrative support to the Leadership Team, which may include:/pulliScheduling meetings for large groups using Outlook/liliCreating simple documents, spreadsheets, and presentations/liliEntering data into websites/liliUpdating office signage and forms/liliCreating forms in Adobe/li/ulpProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems is required./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliOrder, receive, and maintain office supplies, materials, and general inventory/liliStock and organize office materials and shared spaces/liliGreet and assist visitors, vendors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner/liliReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail as needed/liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, supply areas, and common office spaces/liliPerform light cleaning duties (e.g., tidying common areas, wiping surfaces, organizing workspaces)/liliAssist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed/liliSupport Leadership Team with scheduling, document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and data entry/liliCommunicate supply needs, maintenance issues, and operational concerns to the HR Manager/liliSupport special projects or additional administrative duties as assigned/li/ulpJob Type: Part-time/ppBenefits:/pulli401(k)/liliDental insurance/liliHealth insurance/liliPaid time off/liliVision insurance/li/ulpWork Location: In person/ppRequirements/ppQualifications/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliPrior office, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred/liliStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask/liliFriendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills/liliAbility to work independently and take initiative/liliBasic computer skills (email, calendars, Microsoft Office, Adobe)/liliAbility to create simple documents, spreadsheets, and presentations/liliAbility to lift and move office supplies and packages as needed/li/ulpWork Environment Physical Requirements/pulliOffice-based with regular standing, walking, bending, and light lifting/liliOccasional lifting of office supplies and packages/liliAbility to provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as described above/li/ulpExperience:/pulliOffice: 2 years (Required)/li/ul/div
