Job Description

The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving lead generation through effective campaign management and strategic brand initiatives. This position operates as an individual contributor, however there are 2-3 employees that will assist with administrative functions, focusing on data-driven marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, and Call Rail. We also have external companies contracted for the creative pieces - TV, Google and Social ad creation, etc. The role requires occasional local travel / event attendance and emphasizes collaboration to optimize marketing performance and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns targeting lead generation
  • Conduct market research to identify customer insights and trends
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence
  • Create compelling content aligned with marketing objectives
  • Oversee marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal results
  • Leverage digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM to drive traffic
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events to support brand engagement

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management
