Urologist Opportunity at a Leading Facility in Ashtabula, OH

Start Date: Negotiable

End Date/Duration: Ongoing or as negotiated

Shift: Full-time, flexible schedule (see details below)

Hours/week: 40+ hours, based on schedule

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certs: Ohio medical license, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, ACLS, BLS

Experience: Prior hospital-based urology practice preferred

Diagnose and treat urological conditions across adult and geriatric populations

Perform outpatient consultations and follow-ups

Utilize DaVinci robotic surgical system for procedures

Participate in on-call rotations (approx. 10 days/month)

Collaborate with a multi-provider team including primary care and ancillary staff

Maintain thorough documentation in EMR (EPIC system)

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Valid Ohio medical license; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

ACLS and BLS certifications

2+ years of urology practice preferred, hospital experience ideal

Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered skills
