Shift: Office hours with outpatient focus; hospital and surgical blocks as needed

Licenses/Certs: Ohio Medical License, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedics

Experience: Prefer 2+ years clinical experience in Orthopedics

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient orthopedic care to adult patients in a clinic setting
• Manage routine and complex orthopedic cases, including trauma and post-surgical follow-up
• Collaborate with onsite ancillary staff and hospital teams for patient treatment
• Document patient encounters accurately using the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continue medical education
• Support hospital trauma services as needed, with potential ER consults

What You Need Required:

• Ohio Medical License or eligibility
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedics
• ACLS, BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Orthopedics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred:

• Willingness to relocate within 40 miles or commute
• Experience with EPIC EMR or similar systems
• H1B visa candidate considered
