We are seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers and deliver quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting. The role involves clinical and administrative duties to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.

Pay:

• CMA: $22.23–$27.37/hour, based on experience
• LPN: $24.50–$32.77/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare them for examinations.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed by providers.
• Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory tests.
• Assist with phlebotomy, prescription refills, and patient communication as needed.
• Support patient check-in, telephone inquiries, and front-desk duties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Manage clinic supplies and assist with other clinical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

For Medical Assistant Candidates:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or qualifying RMA program.
• Current BLS certification .
• Clinical setting experience.

For LPN Candidates:

• Active Minnesota LPN license .
• Current BLS certification .
• Clinical setting experience.
