Allegiant, a division of Employment Alliance Holdings, is seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Representative/Lead Generator to help grow our staffing and workforce solutions business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building business relationships, and achieving measurable results.

As a staffing industry sales professional, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients and introducing them to Allegiant's staffing solutions. You will help companies solve their workforce challenges by connecting them with our recruiting and staffing services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective businesses.
• Present and promote company products/services clearly and effectively.
• Qualify leads, identify decision makers, and generate opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales activity goals.
• Follow up with prospects to build relationships and convert into clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results oriented.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and keep conversations positive.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
