This 25-bed acute care facility and Level 4 trauma center serves rural communities across a regional patient population. Originally established in 1902, the facility operates from a modern campus and delivers a range of acute care services. Clinical support includes a Hemoc trained ARNP and nursing staff to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery.

The assignment area offers clinicians access to a range of entertainment and recreational options throughout the year. Live music, comedy performances, and cultural events are available across the region on an ongoing basis. Clinicians will also find waterfront experiences such as river cruises and kayaking, alongside tours that highlight the area's industrial heritage.

Clinicians will provide on-site outpatient hematology and oncology coverage, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working 3 days per week, 1 week per month, beginning January 1, 2027. Clinical responsibilities include direct hospital-based outpatient care, direction and delivery of the chemotherapy program, and performance of bone marrow biopsies. Clinicians will manage 15-18 patients per day in an outpatient setting with no patient admissions required. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
