Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet the unique goals and needs of each client, utilizing assessment tools and client feedback for continuous improvement.

• Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, adapting techniques to suit individual clients and family dynamics.

• Provide therapeutic interventions targeting various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction recovery, and relationship issues.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate crisis management strategies, ensuring clients receive timely support and resources necessary to navigate their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving families, adults, children, and couples dealing with diverse issues ranging from inter-personal conflicts to more complex mental health disorders. As an LMFT, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and families navigating challenges associated with communication, emotional regulation, and behavioral dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active LMFT license issued by the State of California.
\n
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in therapy, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
