Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses to inform individual treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, conducting both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing client well-being.

• Document ongoing assessments, treatment plan updates, and clinical notes in compliance with clinic protocols, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

• Provide exceptional customer service by fostering trusting relationships with clients, while actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions unique to each client's situation, encouraging them to reach and exceed their personal goals.

• Engage with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
