What You’ll Do: Build trusted relationships with leaders and team members Guide workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development Resolve employee relations issues with empathy and expertise Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies Support benefits, wellness, and leave programs Champion a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of HR experience (urgent care or healthcare a plus!)
