Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Reflective Peaceful Vision Counseling, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive therapeutic services. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, addressing their unique challenges and dynamics.

• Specializing in issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, communication barriers, and other family-related matters.

• Implementing evidence-based therapy methodologies to promote healing and growth.
\n
• Providing ongoing support to clients navigating significant life changes, including separation, divorce, and adjustments within blended families.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with adults and children/adolescents, offering services tailored to their specific developmental and emotional needs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting families through various challenges, fostering resilience and healthy communication patterns.

Qualifications\n
