Staff Accountant

A private equity real estate investment firm with a vertically integrated platform (property management, construction, leasing, and asset management in-house) is hiring a full-time, on-site Accountant. Responsibilities Maintain and enforce accounting policies and procedures across operating entities and portfolio properties Manage bookkeeping for properties and operating companies, producing periodic financial reports for leadership and institutional partners Oversee AP and AR Process payroll Maintain audit-ready documentation Assist with construction and operating loan draws and related lender compliance reporting Support CAM reconciliations and tenant billing Coordinate with property management and asset management teams on accounting accuracy Assist with financial due diligence for acquisitions Support investor reporting, including K-1 delivery, capital call and distribution tracking, and investor portal accuracy Qualifications Minimum 2 years of real estate accounting experience Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting Proficient in Excel and Word AppFolio and QuickBooks experience a plus Based in Miami, FL, or willing to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr
