Key Responsibilities in This Role

• Conduct in-depth patient evaluations, prescribe diagnostic tests, and create tailored care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, or episodic conditions both independently and in collaboration with physicians
• Provide education to patients and families focusing on wellness, prevention, and disease management

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Certifications Needed

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
