This is not a job where you sit behind a desk, answer emails, and pass problems to someone else. You’ll run a portfolio of homes. You’ll build relationships with owners and residents. That means: • Keeping owners informed and confident • Helping residents feel heard and supported • Coordinating maintenance and solving problems quickly • Managing renewals, inspections, move-ins, and move-outs • Staying ahead of vacancies and delinquency • –Protecting the property and the owner’s income • –Making sure nothing gets lost, ignored, or left unfinished You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. But you will be expected to care, communicate, follow through, and take ownership. We care just as much about whether you are: • Organized • Reliable • Calm under pressure • A strong communicator • Comfortable making decisions • Serious about delivering excellent service Experience with AppFolio, residential property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, or real estate is a plus. Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of rental homes and serve as the main point of contact for owners and residents • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals from start to finish • Communicate proactively and honestly so owners and residents always know what is happening next • Identify problems early, protect the owner’s investment, and make sure every issue is fully resolved • Use your personal vehicle to visit properties as needed, with mileage reimbursed according to TIDE’s policy Qualifications: • Valid South Carolina Real Estate or Property Manager License required by start date • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable using Google Workspace and learning property management software, including AppFolio • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle • Availability to participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule Compensation: $75,000 per year
