Are you ready to take the ride?What We NeedTitan GPS is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Installation Coordinator to own the end-to-end customer installation experience for our multi-brand GPS tracking and camera solutions. You'll be the first impression our customers have by managing third-party installation vendors, and internal teams - ensuring every deployment is on time, on budget, and leaving the customer with an excellent installation experience.This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that works closely with Technical Support, Account Management, Accounting, and Fulfillment. If you are someone who thrives on solving problems, keeping projects moving, and building trust with clients, this role was built for you.What You'll DoManage the full installation lifecycle - from intake of service requests through scheduling, installation oversight, reporting verification, and final installation invoicingEvaluate and select the best-fit third-party installation vendor based on customer location and technical requirementsCoordinate scheduling and serve as the primary point of contact between customers and vendor technicians during installation appointmentsActively monitor a portfolio of 75–100 projects per month, maintaining strict adherence to procedural timelinesIdentify and escalate hardware, billing, or device configuration discrepancies to the Implementation Management Team or Technical Support as appropriateMaintain detailed, accurate internal records and case documentation throughout every projectDeliver fast, precise resolutions to customer escalations with a consistent focus on satisfaction and retentionContribute to continuous improvement by surfacing feedback that drives better systems, workflows, and client outcomesWhat We Are Looking For – Qualifications and Skills1+ year of experience in project-based coordination, implementation, or technical supportWorking knowledge of 12–24VDC electrical systems with a genuine interest in software and technologyProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under deadline pressureExperience with a CRM platform; proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward actionExcellent written and verbal communication, you make complex things simple and keep everyone alignedA client-first mindset backed by real follow-throughWhat We OfferFast paced and rapidly growing environmentChance to deliver mission critical data that drives the operations of our economyOpportunity for professional growth and developmentPossibility to learn new and cutting-edge technologies, in an environment that encourages new ideasThere's more as well!
