HR Generalist

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR Administration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent would be considered an asset. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a HR role Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of ERGANI and Greek labor legislation Fluency in English Excellent communication skills and team spirit. Tasks: Manage the overall recruitment process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing), negotiate competitive offers and implement local onboarding programs. Develop new and innovative sourcing pipelines, partner with other stakeholders like universities/technical schools and participate in career events to increase candidate flow. Oversee the student internship placement process Use social media sites to promote employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates.
