Manager Analytics Business Intelligence

Role Description

This position is responsible for leading the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products. This position is seen as an accountable lead for analytics products published by the team. This position is responsible for the development, integrity and maintenance of:

• Dashboards
• Reports
• Models
• Extracts
• Routine data-related deliverables

The role must effectively delegate but also remain hands-on to a limited degree to ensure close touch with content and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platform.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Upon hire: Epic Certifications.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience highly preferred.
• 5 years Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
