You'll spend your evenings in the field, coaching leaders, supporting employees, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our operations run smoothly across a diverse portfolio of commercial facilities. What You'll Lead Multiple commercial facilities throughout Williamsburg and Hampton Roads A team of supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees Client relationships built on trust and responsiveness Staffing, retention, training, and operational performance Quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives Every day brings something different.
