Marketing Coordinator

On Deck Sports is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Randolph, MA. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue by qualifying inbound leads, processing online orders, and managing the sales team’s automated email campaigns and outbound call schedules. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and comfortable working at the intersection of marketing and sales operations. Primary Responsibilities Qualify and route inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels. Evaluate and prioritize leads based on defined criteria before passing on to the appropriate sales representative. Process online orders placed through our website. Verify order accuracy, coordinate with fulfillment, and help coordinate communication with customers through our sales support team. Build, manage, and optimize automated email sequences on behalf of the sales team. This includes nurture campaigns, follow-up sequences, re-engagement emails, and promotional sends targeted to qualified prospects and existing customers. Coordinate with sales and seasonal customer contact lists to maximize efficiency of outbound phone call efforts. Monitor lead and order data in our CRM to ensure accuracy and consistency. Flag discrepancies and maintain clean records. Other marketing duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Agility and flexibility required in a fast-paced, small business. Ability to research and analyze information efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel in particular). Experience with CRM software. The preferred candidate is expected to work full-time in our Randolph, MA office.
