As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. Job: On site Location: Riverside, CA Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs or inquiries. Assist customers with product information, inquiries, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person. Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain customer records and update information as necessary. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service delivery and team performance. Handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
