Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate and tailored psychotherapy to individuals, with opportunities to extend services to couples and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop accurate diagnoses, and craft individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client. Utilize various therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and other evidence-based practices—while maintaining flexibility to adapt methods based on client feedback. Document patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure continuity of care. Provide expert consultation to interdisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of holistic treatment approaches that integrate medical and psychological perspectives. Patient Population / Client Focus The licensed LMFT will work with a diverse patient population including individuals coping with emotional, psychological, and social challenges. This role focuses on fostering resilience and providing tools for managing personal difficulties, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. An active LMFT license issued by the State of California is mandatory. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
