Key Responsibilities\n \n Document all therapy sessions meticulously in alignment with our organizational policies regarding confidentiality and medical records. \n Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute psychological distress. \n Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, clinician meetings, and training seminars to remain up-to-date with therapeutic methodologies. \n Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including individual counseling, family therapy, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients. \n Diagnose and evaluate mental health disorders, crafting detailed and effective treatment plans. \n Be trained on conducting bariatric psychological evaluations, contributing to specialized therapeutic services. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse demographic of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes inclusivity, aiming to provide support for families and individuals facing varying degrees of mental health complexities. Qualifications\n \n A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential. \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n At least 2 years of professional experience in providing therapeutic services. \n A robust understanding of diverse mental health problems and treatment techniques. \n A proven track record of effective planning and execution of psychological interventions. \n Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in conducting psychological evaluations and assessments. \n Background in group therapy facilitation. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote therapy delivery. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
