Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources when devising treatment strategies. \n Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. \n Create and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor progress. \n Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive care for clients. \n Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning when immediate support is necessary. \n Lead supportive group therapy sessions and educational workshops aimed at enhancing client insight and coping strategies. \n Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client progress in adherence to professional ethical and legal standards. \n Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client care strategies and professional development opportunities. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. The role emphasizes providing culturally-sensitive therapy with an understanding of clients' unique life experiences and circumstances.
