Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive mental health assessments and client needs. \n Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring timely documentation including clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes per company protocols. \n Foster collaboration with case managers, medical personnel, family members, and other community resources to coordinate holistic care. \n Innovatively utilize therapeutic interventions that engage clients in achieving their goals, leading to improved mental health outcomes. \n Prepare, submit, and maintain all necessary documentation for each therapy session to comply with regulatory and company standards. \n Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team dynamics. \n Actively contribute to a positive team culture that values open communication, support, and creativity. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The therapists at Questa Behavioral Health Center work primarily with children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele reflects the multifaceted reality of mental health needs, promoting respect and understanding across different backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required. \n Possession of a current LMFT PA clinical license is essential. \n Proven experience in clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes. \n Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n Capability to manage client documentation in a timely manner and maintain professional boundaries. \n Familiarity with office software (Office 365) and electronic health record systems; experience with Valant is advantageous. \n Successful completion of a background check is a prerequisite for employment. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred. \n Background in providing Telehealth services to enhance client access is a plus. \n Expertise in utilizing creative therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Questa Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
