Located in sunny Anaheim, California, our facility offers a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will be joining a skilled team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) who are committed to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the objectives and requirements of each patient.
• Effectively manage a patient caseload of approximately one patient per hour while maintaining high-quality care standards.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that utilize a range of evidence-based techniques to maximize client mobility and recovery.
• Empower patients by providing education and motivational support throughout their recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with EMR protocols and maintain detailed records of progress.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet patient needs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient-focused outcomes within the practice environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Basic proficiency in navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a strong grasp of manual therapy techniques.

• Proficient in using platforms such as WebPT for documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively promoting patient engagement and motivation throughout treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary of USD 100,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
