Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient movement, functionality, and overall physical health to develop individualized treatment programs.
• Implement prescribed physical therapy interventions aimed at pain relief, enhancement of movement, and restoration of function.
• Oversee and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure effective execution of treatment plans while adhering to best practices.
• Utilize diagnostic tests to assess the client's muscular and functional capabilities and track progress through accurate documentation.
• Evaluate and adapt home environments to facilitate rehabilitation and recommend strategic modifications that support patient independence.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, traction, massage, and application of physical agents to optimize patient recovery.
• Engage in interdisciplinary case conferences, collaborating with team members to review and adjust care plans according to patient responses.
• Provide patient education on the effective use of physical therapy devices and promote adherence to rehabilitation protocols.
• Maintain precise clinical records including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

The Physical Therapist will serve a diverse population of patients primarily dealing with orthopedic issues, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
