The Pro Elite Physical Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist. This full-time role is pivotal in our orthopedic outpatient center, where you will work closely with patients to enhance their movement capabilities, reduce pain, and restore their quality of life.

Work Environment

This position is onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative atmosphere conducive to professional growth. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, offering a balanced work schedule that fosters both productivity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized care plans that focus on their unique goals and mobility needs.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and care.
• Implement cost-effective treatment interventions that promote functional improvement, minimize reliance on medications, and explore non-surgical alternatives.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to increase flexibility, strength, and coordination while motivating patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring clear communication with both patients and healthcare team members regarding treatment outcomes.
• Design and lead targeted wellness programs that educate patients on maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle beyond rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. You will work with diverse age groups and backgrounds, from athletes seeking to regain peak performance levels to seniors striving to maintain mobility and independence. Your role will contribute significantly to their overall rehabilitation experience, ultimately influencing their functional independence.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated integrity with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques along with exceptional skills in developing and implementing exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and care tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, particularly with diverse patient populations.
• Strong background in therapeutic modalities and exercise prescription tailored to individual recovery needs.
• Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient care plans.

Compensation and Benefits
