Work Environment

Located in Fullerton, California, our rehabilitation center echoes a state-of-the-art facility designed for maximum patient wellness. We offer an onsite full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and establish individualized treatment plans based on a detailed understanding of each patient's goals and physical condition.
• Manage and treat a case load of patients on an hourly basis, dedicating individual attention to each person's needs.
• Utilize hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercise protocols aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Provide evidence-based treatments while continuously evaluating patient progress and making modifications as necessary.
• Document all patient interaction meticulously, ensuring accurate records of treatment outcomes and communications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to develop cohesive care plans that align with patients' long-term wellness goals.
• Actively engage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, empowering them to take charge of their recovery processes.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by advising on strength training, flexibility improvement, and general wellness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients at Pro Elite primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, injury from sports, or chronic pain conditions. Our focus is on developing long-term solutions for improved mobility and function, emphasizing a non-invasive approach that aims to reduce reliance on medication. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A history of adherence to ethical practices, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and competency in designing individualized exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Skilled in the use of EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

While experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, we value dedicated professionals willing to learn and grow. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience.
