Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility in Anaheim, CA, where our team is equipped with the latest tools and technology essential for effective patient rehabilitation. The standard work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, understanding their individual therapy needs and goals.
• Develop customized care plans utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with the patient's rehabilitation objectives.
• Administer treatments aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, following the latest therapeutic methodologies.
• Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle changes that support their recovery and promote long-term wellness.
• Utilize patient management software, such as WebPT, for effective documentation, progress tracking, and communication with other healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and patient feedback.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaborations, working closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a patient load of one individual per hour to ensure focused attention and high-quality treatment.
• Document all provided services meticulously to maintain accurate patient records for continuity of care.
• Promote non-surgical intervention options while minimizing reliance on medications, fostering a holistic approach to recovery.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, reflecting advanced educational training in physical therapy principles.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in California, without any disciplinary actions against it.

• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems like WebPT to enhance patient management and documentation efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

At Arcadia Therapeutic Services, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
