Workers’ Compensation Paralegal | Atlanta, GA
Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Paralegal looking to join a close-knit, client-focused law firm? Our client, a well-established plaintiff-side firm in Atlanta , is seeking a dedicated professional to support both litigated and non-litigated workers’ compensation matters.

About the Workers’ Compensation Paralegal Role
You will play a critical role in managing a full caseload from intake through resolution, supporting attorneys on both litigation and non-litigation matters while serving as a key point of contact for clients.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Manage 80–90 workers’ compensation cases (litigation + non-litigation mix)
- Coordinate medical records collection and review
- Prepare and file workers’ compensation forms and legal documents
- Support discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing updates and guidance
- Assist with settlement and mediation support
- Utilize case management software ( Needles ) to track and manage files
