Home Care Scheduler BrightStar Care – West Central Las Vegas & Henderson Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule Training: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Regular Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM BrightStar Care is seeking a highly organized, solution-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring our clients receive uninterrupted care by coordinating caregiver schedules, responding to staffing changes, and maintaining exceptional communication with caregivers, clients, and the clinical team. Responsibilities Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered. Respond quickly to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs. Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls throughout the day. Fill open shifts while maintaining continuity of care. Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and client preferences. Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and internal office staff. Monitor schedules for overtime and compliance. Maintain accurate scheduling documentation. Partner with HR and Operations to meet staffing objectives. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination experience preferred. Home care or healthcare scheduling experience is highly preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make sound decisions. Proficient with computers and scheduling software. Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
