All underpinned by technology created with purpose.Your RoleAs a Manhattan Enterprise Promise & Fulfill Solution Architect, you will lead Fortune 500 companies in large-scale supply chain transformations across complex enterprise environments. You will use your deep business process and Manhattan EP&F system expertise to architect integrated supply chain and inventory solutions, overseeing full lifecycle implementations. You will also use your process, industry, and application expertise in a trusted advisor capacity to guide clients through process re-engineering, maturity assessments, roadmap development, business case creation, and vendor selection engagements. As a client-facing lead, you ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining solution integrity and quality standards.Your Skills & ExperienceMust Have:Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of Manhattan EP&FDeep configuration and process knowledge of Manhattan EP&FExpert knowledge of Manhattan EP&F data structureExpert knowledge of master and transactional data used in inventory and fulfillment functionalityKnowledge of fulfillment and inventory management processes, agnostic of Manhattan EP&F capabilities, including distributed order management, order fulfillment logic, inventory allocation, available to promise, inventory position managementSignificant experience in the distribution industryAbility to create accurate design documentationDirect experience with designing and implementing supply chain solutions and AIExperience managing large IT programs with cross-functional teamsExperience integrating Manhattan EP&F with other enterprise applicationsStrong understanding of integration points and execution sequencingHands-on experience across all phases: requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and supportUnderstanding of the end-to-end supply chain and order management processes and how they are connected, especially inventory management and optimizationExperience conducting gap analysis and developing strategic roadmapsAbility to establish a rapport with clients and foster strong client relationships at various levels within the organizationAbility to drive sales, especially focused on value-driven outcomesExperience defining proposed solutions as part of client pursuits, including timeline, duration, and resourcing, and presenting these solutions to clientsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication capabilitiesDemonstrated leadership and mentoring experienceProven ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative environmentsAbility to create a shared sense of direction and accountability across teamsStrong time management skills with flexibility and creativity under pressureCommitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancementsExperience with an additional Manhattan Active application such as MAWM or Manhattan Active OmniPreferred:Experience with the Manhattan Active suiteIn-warehouse operations experience (“on the floor” experience)Experience with other inventory and fulfillment tools such as RELEX, o9, IBPHands-on work with AI platforms and tools such as Claude, Open AI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, Dataiku, Microsoft FabricKnowledge of other supply chain processes (planning, warehousing, transportation) and order managementKnowledge of warehouse management processes or experience implementing WMSKnowledge of an ERP system such as SAP or OracleKnowledge of consumer products (non-retail), manufacturing, life sciences, and automotive industriesDemonstrated project management skills, managing workstreams or projects in excess of $1MMThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $199,480Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
