Technical Program Manager

TPM Role

Thrive in fast paced environment. Need someone who has experience working as a TPM for at least 4 years and can hit the ground running. Overall experience 15+ years supporting Software Development, and at least 3-4 years in Digital particularly mobile. We support initiatives in the digital engineering group - mobile work is heavy than web. Highly accountable (strong sense of ownership) to plan, track, report and control all aspects of program management. Drive all the work across multiple teams - from estimation to post prod support. Self-starter to lead initiatives but work as part of a TPM team understanding expectations. TPM coordination is needed across the breadth of PCW teams (large org) - quickly knowing key players (diplomatic, relationship building). Work closely with product managers, other TPMs, engineering managers, tech leads and engineers - working across team of teams.

Required Skills Experience:

• Experience working as a TPM for at least 4 years.
• Overall experience of 15+ years supporting Software Development.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Digital, particularly mobile.

Program & Delivery Management:

• Strong sense of ownership to plan, track, report and control all aspects of program management.
• Ability to drive work across multiple teams from estimation to post production support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead initiatives while working as part of a TPM team.
• Experience coordinating across large organizations and building relationships with key stakeholders.
